St. Vincent de Paul Conference at Blessed Sacrament
Serve Christ in Your Community
Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul leads men and women to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who need help. A global Catholic lay organization, members serve in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul.
Embrace Works of Charity & Justice
Organized in parish-based Conferences, Vincentians conduct home visits with people requesting help; volunteer in the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and Charitable Pharmacy; and do special charity projects. Conferences establish their own guidelines for assistance, allowing leeway to find creative solutions that fit the needs of their communities. Vincentians start each meeting with prayer, reflect on spiritual readings, and share resources to help our neighbors in need
