Mass Intentions

Having a Mass said for a loved one, whether living or deceased, is a meaningful way to offer your prayers for them. At Blessed Sacrament, we welcome you to request a Mass intention for:

• A person who is living

• A person who has passed away

• The well-being of members of a given family

• A special intention, such as for world peace, vocations, or respect for life.
  
  

Please note that traditionally the Church permits only one intention per Mass. Intentions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Call or email us: Contact the parish office at 608-238-3471 or [email protected] to schedule your intention.
2. Donate: (suggested donation of $20 per Mass)
   1. Online: Click here and select the "2026 Mass Intentions" fund option
   2. In person: Stop by the parish office
   3. Via check: Payable to "Blessed Sacrament". Please include a note indicating "Mass Intention for (Name)" in the memo line.
   4. Mail to:

• Suggested Donation: $20 per Mass (this is set by the Diocese of Madison)
• Bulletin Announcement: Mass intentions scheduled at least three weeks in advance will be published in our weekly bulletin.
• Card: Upon request, we can provide you with a card or send one to the individual you've requested the Mass for (or their family) to inform them of the intention and the scheduled date and time of the Mass (one card per intention). Please indicate if you would like a card sent with your request.
