The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the highest form of prayer we have in the Catholic Faith. The Holy Eucharist is where we meet Our Lord in His entire person - Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. He desires to bring us into eternal life with Him through His Grace. The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life - from which all things proceed, and to which all things point.
