Boys' and Girls' Groups

- Growing Together in Love for God and Mary
  
  This fall, Blessed Sacrament is launching three new groups for our children, inspired by Schoenstatt spirituality — building on what we've already begun exploring together through the Our Lady of Schoenstatt Project. These groups give our boys and girls a place to grow closer to God and Mary, build real friendships, learn about their faith, and serve others — all while having fun together.
- Groups:
  
  Boys' Group — 5th through 7th grade
  Boys' Group — 8th grade through sophomore year
  Girls' Group — 5th through 8th grade
- What to Expect at a Meeting
  
  Each gathering runs about two hours and includes:
  Fun time — games, activities, and time to just be kids together
  Sharing time — a chance to talk about how the week has gone, the highs and the lows
  Faith topic — a short, discussion-based presentation led by an adult volunteer
  Discussion & activities — working through the topic together, as a group and individually
  Personal resolution — each child sets a small, concrete goal to carry into the next two weeks
  Closing prayer — praying together and sharing intentions for one another
- Schedule & Get Involved
  
  Meetings will be held every other week, starting between September and October. We're finalizing the exact day and time based on family and volunteer availability — and that's where you come in.
  Please fill out our interest form to let us know which group(s) your child is interested in and which meeting time works best for your family. This isn't a registration — it just helps us plan. Once we've heard from everyone and confirmed our volunteer leaders, we'll follow up with the final schedule and next steps.

- Our Inspiration
  
  These groups draw on the Schoenstatt Movement's long tradition of boys' and girls' branches — small communities where children grow together in friendship with God and devotion to Mary. Madison is home to the first Schoenstatt Founder Shrine built in the United States, dedicated in 1953, making this spirituality a meaningful part of our own local Catholic heritage.
